Are used to be really bad at drinking water but now that I have one of those water bottles that has like the timestamps on it for the different times a day that you're supposed to drink by I have been drinking so much more water it is my water bottle right now

Yes I love that for you I have one of those as well and then I'm someone who likes to keep my water cold so I also put it in like my cold water bottle bottle because it keeps it colder for longer so that's awesome
