I would like to hear from you guys if it's part of your daily routine to use sunscreen and how often do you apply it per day. As we know the use of sunscreen is crucial to protect the skin from horrible UV rays that can cause skin cancer, premature aging and sunburn. I have seen a lot of sunscreen like sunscreen powder that you can put even on top of your makeup during the day. Is this any option that you guys use or it doesn't make part of your daily routine.
So I have a moisturizer that includes SPF and I just use that every morning and night I don't really like majorly apply sunscreen daily but that's what I do
It took me years to finally like start using sunscreen but I do daily but I only apply it once I'm not applying it every two hours that's way too messy and waiting on convenience
I rarely use sunscreen unless I'm gonna be like definitely in the sun but I definitely need to find one that I can just use every day because I need to start using it.
I am I have a face moisturizer that has a SPF in it which I honestly didn't realize until I looked at the bottle closer but that's good SPF 38 which is kind of nice
Sunscreen is so important for your skin the whole SPF things you should wear every day even in the winter time and it's not sunny as it protects the skin from the UV rays and all the physical give you wrinkles like that so yeah every day is better for your health
You have said something so important that even in the winter time people think it's only for the summer but it's so not true. Your skin needs protection the whole year.
See, I need to use sunscreen, but every single time I put sunscreen on I break out. And so I've had to just cut it out of my routine, but now I'm like, I don't want skin damage either so I don't know what to do.
