I like if I can't stop using screens an hour to two hours prior to going to bed It's pretty much impossible for me at this point because school work is hard But yeah, whenever you can, that is helpful.

I think it's important to feel as relaxed as you can before you go to bed you go to bed and your brain still on the go or if they're doing stuff yet another step you just Gotta be in that propositioned mode to just have a deep sleep

I think you need to have a like a productive and active day or you're not gonna be tired to sleep so if you're not working maybe going for a walk or seeing friends or just doing something that gets you out the house and then you'll be tired and ready to go to sleep at a good time
