Now, I don't know about today, but in general, I've grown up pretty unhealthy because I'm half American and I grew up with American food, partially. So it's hard for me to get into healthy stuff.
I used to drink soft drinks liter-wise daily, but I have now gotten into the habit of drinking more water, so now instead, I replace that entirely with water. I slowly worked my way up to that.
So now for the most part I drink water and I'll only have soft drinks and juices and stuff on occasion but I still have some difficulty with eating healthy to a degree.
An issue I have is that since I'm not used to healthy eating, I can't really figure out good recipes for myself because I don't like most vegetables. That makes it pretty difficult.
So if I can at some point figure that out somehow, which I'm doing my best to do, and I can get a somewhat exercise routine in, then I should be pretty healthy.
The healthiest thing I did today was workout. Sometimes it's really hard to get a workout in and I try to do this at least five times a week, but sometimes it's really just four.
