What's your favorite machine at the gym? For me, I just honestly like using the treadmill and the StairMaster. Everything else is not my favorite. So I just kind of stick to those usually, but I need to try and like branch out to some other ones.

So I like any pull down machine, leg machines, arm machines, cable machines, weights. I love anything that's gonna like strengthen my arms and legs or kind of my go-to machines and also the stair mass.

Yeah, the Stairmaster is definitely one of my favorites. I really need to do more of the cable machines for strengthening.

My favorite machine at the gym would have to be the leg press always I even high school I felt like that was probably the easiest one but I provided you the best results especially if you working on your legs and stuff like that so I have to go to a leg press

Yeah, I've actually started using the Stem Master since about two weeks ago. I've been doing it once a week and it's very intense. I must say I think I was in it for like 30 minutes and I burned about 500 calories. So I've wandered to 500 calories and I'm ridiculous like that and I thought this is a game changer. Dirty would be one of my favorite machines and I guess I like the cables when they're Constantly doing triceps and chest flies and things like that as well.
