Has anyone ever tried Liquid IV? I know they have like a energy one now as well as their main hydration one and they definitely came up with a lot of new flavors over the years. I used to buy Liquid IV a lot like two years ago and then kind of like when it first came out too. I used to get it at Costco because they have pretty good deals there but I don't know they're just kind of expensive and I feel like there's maybe better alternatives nowadays because they also have a lot of sugar and salt in them. But I'm wondering your guys' thoughts, and if you still use it and if you have anything that you like better.
