If you use a water pick or a water flosser to floss your teeth, do you know that you're actually supposed to just be like using that as a supplement to floss your teeth and be also using regular floss too? I was recently told this by my dentist that he said that it's really important that you're using like regular floss as well as using the water pick.

I did not know that I only use the regular floss not the whatever the things called though but everything thinks well anyway I use regular files but or a water floss so yeah I use regular for all floss

Yeah, waterpics are like a, they should be like a hell, like an assist, right? Like, I like thick floss so it like really can get in there, like when you get those big pieces of food stuck, but like when you're just like in the shower, just like you're on the go and you just need to get like a few things out, like yeah, the waterpick does the job, but like I've always used them together. I didn't, I didn't know people used one instead of the other, but I also feel like dentists always say different things to sell like different products. They're a little salesy. I don't know how I feel about dentists.
