If any of you use rehydration drops or powders or anything like that, what's your favorite brand? Right now I've been using a brand called ZipFizz I think. I think I got it from Costco and it works pretty well.

I love LMNT, they're electrolyte powders. You buy them on Amazon, great ingredients, great flavors. The watermelon orange lime flavors are super good and they really hydrate you. and you add it in your water and it's super simple so I highly recommend
