So do you guys try to use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner and like other hair products? Recently, I feel like the last few years I've heard a lot about how you're not supposed to use sulfates on your hair, but then I've seen this like trend on TikTok of people saying that if you have like hard water, which most people do, that you kind of need sulfates sometimes to like break that down on your hair, I guess, and like take off that film. I'm wondering your guess's thoughts on this or if you know any more information.

Yeah I do I try to use sulphate free hair products because I have hair extensions and they can run in the hair in the extensions

Yeah, that's what I've heard. I know it's definitely healthier for your hair, but then I just saw this video saying that you need to use the ones with sulfates every once in a while. And so I was just trying to figure out if that was true or not.
