What area of your health do you struggle with the most and what do you need in order to overcome that challenge or that struggle and when I speak about health I'm not only just talking about physical but I'm also talking about your spirit and soul house because we are a tripart beings your soul is alive and your spirit is alive and so is your physical body connected to all of that so what area of your overall well-being and health do you struggle with the most and what would you need in order to help facilitate a more well-balanced healthy life in all of these areas

I think the biggest thing that I struggle with overall with my health is just staying consistent in like most areas of my health.
