I'm curious to know what your favourite kind of exercise is and why you enjoy it so for me the my favourite kind of exercise is either bicycling outside I live in a beautiful city that has a lot of bike paths and tons of trails and that is a lot of fun for me and it doesn't even feel like exercise because of the view that I'm taking in it just feels amazing and then for home training or at the gym I like doing strength training and I don't necessarily work out for very long are usually do about 30 minute exercises maximum and that to me makes me feel really good it strengthens me and I don't have to take out an enormous amount of time to get my exercise in so let me know your thoughts what your favourite exercises and why
I really like going on hikes. If the weather is nice and then if it's not and I have to be at home then I also like working out on the treadmill and just like jogging or walking for a while.
My favorite kind is where you're having fun and you don't even realize you've exercise till you're sore the next day like dancing and snowboarding but at the gym it's the stairmaster and yoga classes
