Alright, here's a question. What type of vitamins do you guys take? Do you take like general supplements or something specialized or like protein powder for fitness? For me, I usually try to take vitamin D and vitamin C but I've been slackin' a little bit lately.

I do have a daily vitamin that just has like my regular vitamin C, vitamin D, B12, all that. and then I do take a iron supplement because I'm anemic and then I take magnesium and fish oil.

What kind of magnesium supplements do you take? I take heart calm. That one works pretty well.

Well I'm in a proper bulk up mode and I do work out a lot, I do use whey protein but I think maybe creatine at times but otherwise I should probably be a lot better at taking some general supplements.

What does creatine help with?

Basically it's an energy supplement that helps convert what's called adenosine diphosphate, which is what you have after you've used your ATP, adenosine triphosphate, and converting that back end into adenosine tripe. you've got more in.

Basically if you use it when you're working out and you're bulking up, you can work much harder and longer. And you use it when you're bulking and then afterwards you can start cutting when you stop using creating and get that beautifully sculpted body.

I try to get most of my vitamins in my diet so I don't have to buy any supplements but I do take a multivitamin vitamin D and iron because I'm very deficient in vitamin D and iron

Yeah, that's very good that you try to eat a diet that's rich in vitamins. It's hard for me because I have so many diet restrictions that I have to replace a lot of stuff with supplements.
