I try to make a smoothie every day with frozen fruit and maybe some honey or like some juice I put in there and it hasn't like a good amount of sugar and I love sweet so like I'm not joking when I say it has it in my sugar and that's help me like down

Full of sugar intake is not too important to come still dyeable if you do wanna reduce that just check the labelling of the food you already eat I want to have a really high sugar just have less of them

I definitely have been trying recently to limit my sugar because I used to eat a ton of it and so I've just been trying to be more mindful of kind of staying away from it.

If you remove processed foods a lot of those processed foods end up having a bunch of artificial sugars so I try to remove those as much as I can for my diet and I feel like that's hot

So I actually haven't been having sugar for the past two months are usually what I'll do is if I'm craving something sugary I'll eat fruits for like a good I'm like a good amount of hurts and if I'm still craving sugar then I'll just give into it

For me, I've started drinking sot-so-waters instead of regular sodas. Juice I've attempted to eliminate completely because I mean that just has way too much sugar. And in my foods, I don't incorporate any type of sugars at all.

Yes I make sure that in my morning tea I only take about 1 teaspoon of sugar and I avoid lots of desserts even if I'm getting craving I avoid them because it just increases my weight

So I know that if you drink a warm glass of water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before some meals they can help balance blood sugar but I would look into it if you're interested

Amelia personally for me but I do it like sugars but I don't drink any Bev only drink water so flight it's not a big problem for me
