So I've seen a lot of posts about the hustle, the sacrificing everything to build a business and so on, especially when I was working in FinTech and tech and all that and building businesses. I thought this was the way of life. No work life balance. You work 24 hours a day and that is it. However, learned years later that that's not sustainable. I learned it in a very difficult way with a complete breakdown. My mental health, you know, declined to almost shatter. And I wrote an article for a company that was called How Much to Kill Yourself, with the concept being you have a certain amount, so let's call it you have actually a health bar. And as you sacrifice everything in work and you don't get to replenish that, that will decline. So essentially in the article it talks about how long are you willing to go in order to be that successful, you think that's going to bring you. And I very much recommend people to read it if you're building a company and have a look at where you stand.
