Curious, do people see a lot of these types of initiatives around and I'm going to explain to you where I'm coming from. So a few friends of mine, including a great colleague of mine and the founder of the company I'm working for have set up a company called Code Untapped. This is a few years ago. And just to read you the initial statement, I mean our mission is to provide individuals from underrepresented backgrounds with opportunities to solve real world problems, learn, collaborate and showcase their skills through free and regular innovation Lab days. So what they actually do is they help basically minorities gain access to free coding courses over a period of time and then also help place them. It's an absolutely brilliant concept and they've done super super well and and they actually I mean they've started this because of the complete lack of opportunity and availability. So I'm curious because I don't know anything other than this and I'm wondering if you are familiar with any similar initiatives. If this is something that you've seen wherever you are in the world and by all means what you think about them.
