So I'm gonna talk quickly about just investing in a bit of technology For your house to stay safe Because it doesn't take much to have a big impact basically over the weekend my dear friend who is a 79 year old nearly blind woman Living on her own Had her house broken into and it's the second time in six months now she lives in Greece which is a country where insurance is not really a common thing where Generally things aren't you know apartments or flats are not Equipped with the latest so to speak so alarms in anything built before you know 2010 is fairly unusual and it's in many ways you know dangerous in the in the wrong areas now she lives in a pretty good area right and there's nothing nothing to defend her aside from shutters on the windows and doors but people here the people here who know how to do this they know how to get past them listen I've bought a 40 you know a quid for a quid a camera for 40 quids that I mentioned in a previous soundbite you can put it up anywhere it connects to your phone it has an alarm it has pet and person recognition it will store any movement to the cloud get to those and if If you're away and someone comes in, it'll go off. And even that's gonna be enough. So stay safe guys and please share any tip you have to perhaps cost-efficient technology for security at home.
I think you should definitely have home security in any household if you can. Only because you gave me the safety of your family, kids, your belongings, you gave me everything that you own.
Yeah, I completely agree. In fact, you know, if you're adding family, children, that kind of thing, and you know it's a whole different ball game and hopefully now it can convince to get some security going.
Ken, that was a great story but also a great niche of the internet. I think it's something people don't talk about. It obviously does happen and I think more people should arm themselves. There was a really good show on Discovery Channel called It Takes a Thief. I miss that show but they showed the practicality of stuff like that. So definitely online.
I appreciate that and absolutely you don't see much of it actually but hopefully that will change and we're doing our part here so let's hear about some opinions around the world but yeah hopefully I can convince him now to get some security I mean you never know it might armor up with that from top to bottom with some ninja stars and and throwing knives
