I would say for me the most important thing for my mental health is to have a posture of gratitude it's really important to be able to have the humility to look at how blessed you are even if you are going through a really hard time because when you're focussing on even the simplest things like I have food in my fridge I have a you know roof over my head and close on my back that gratitude really does affect your mental health and the physiological chemistry of your brain so gratitude for me is key
That's actually a really good tip and something that I definitely struggled with but I've been trying a lot recently to keep like a gratitude journal and just kind of like be mindful of that and I think it is helping.
