How do you prep for the gym? Do you just raw dog it? Get up and go? Or do you need that pre-workout so you can feel like a crackhead?

I used to need Celsius before every session, but now I take pride in the fact that I don't really need it. If I do it, it's like, okay, it's extra, it's cool, but I don't need it.

I definitely just get up and go I won't take any pre-workout anything like that

I have never not once in my life taken a pre-workout. All I do is smoothies really, but my smoothies don't have no pre-workout. It just has protein powder.

If you have a protein shake before the gym do you have one after the gym to or just some supplements like what are you do

So I drink my protein shake during my workout. Like I'll do a really rigorous workout, then I'll drink some protein shake, do another really rigorous workout, then drink some more of my Trojan shake, and this should be done by the time I'm done working out. So I drink it throughout the workout.
