. Products that I cannot live without is going to be first my flex disc that is my alternative tampon use I also use a thinks and nicks panties also another alternative tampon use and my migraine hat that I keep in the freezer and it goes over your eyes I got it on Amazon cause I get migraines really bad and hopefully with my cycle thinking those will diminish

I love using Kira underwear when I'm sleeping because it doesn't make me wake up and feel like, oh my god, I have to change a pad or a tampon.

Yes it is so convenient and comfortable and like I don't get cramps wearing. Panties I do a tampon so there's that that's a plus

I use the company Nicks and they are absolutely incredible they have. Safe underwear and all types of underwear and also leggings and they aren't so so comfy

Do you have a pair of the leggings I've never seen those I've seen the panties but not the leggings that sounds amazing I might need to buy one

I do have them and they are absolutely incredible I wouldn't suggest wearing just Sam I'm like a high flow day but on a low flow day or pairing them with like a tampon so good

I might just grab them for yoga that sounds like such a great idea like I'm so scared and some yoga poses that it could be a very blurry scene

I really like the flex sticks for another reason which is you could do it to do when you're on your period so on with a tampon you can't really do nothing

I originally tried a flex disc because I got my period on my honeymoon the day of my honeymoon on the way to the airport I got my period so I had to stop at Walgreens I did my googles really quickly and flex was the best one with reviews to be able to have sex at the same time

So as far as no cramps and no mess sex and not not fully no mess sex but it's so pretty if you get pretty messy you know you get the idea
