Okay, I have a question for you guys. So if you woke up one day and lost one of your abilities, would you rather not be able to speak but you can still hear people or would you rather not be able to hear but you can still talk?

I think that I would way rather not be able to speak then here because there's so many things that you can listen to to occupy yourself but you can communicate in so many other ways of hot side from speaking

I definitely agree with you. I think I'm also more of a quiet person, so I do a lot more listening than speaking anyway.

I would rather be able to hear and not speak just because there's like other ways around it like texting and stuff like that.

That's very true. There's a lot of other ways to communicate, but like not any other ways to hear.

First of all I'm not a talkative person so if my speaking ability is going off I'll be so glad so I don't need to speak with people anymore.

You're the first person I've ever heard say that because I feel the same way. I used to, when I was younger, want to just like communicate through sign language so So I didn't have to talk.
