What is your favorite tip for dealing with anxiety? I have taken Ashwagandha, I think it's called in the past, and it's helped.

Mine would be breathing, telling myself, it's okay, you're fine, it's okay, and drinking tea, definitely drinking tea, calms me down.

If you are feeling anxious or nervous, you should first take deep breaths and let yourself be calm. And then you should do stuff that makes you look happy and calm like music, books, etc.
