Oh my god this is interesting I feel like I've never thought about like working out well I never thought about working out in general but sinking into the cycle that's interesting to me
Yeah it makes workouts a little easier because I'm not pushing my my limit of my body where I can't go outside working on other places like I can't physically work it out all the time to that extent
