Are you what are some good foods or tips for building muscle I think you just need to eat a lot of food you to make sure you're a calorie surplus even more than you need in a day but are there any foods or tips people recommend let me know

Just eat healthy not like a salad but when you're booking and Ashland Craigs pasta salad or not sell it the pasta salmon things like that

And ideally it would be three, no more than four times a week to work out. because you need rest to recover your muscle fibers and bulk as you rest.
