Are you what are some good foods or tips for building muscle I think you just need to eat a lot of food you to make sure you're a calorie surplus even more than you need in a day but are there any foods or tips people recommend let me know
I'd agree that your advice is good. You know, obviously, all I know is, you know, when I'm just scrolling on TikTok, people just use you tend to eat a lot of chicken, you know, rice and stuff like that. I'm sure this is a main thing.
For food I would say meats like chicken, fish, steak, snacks would be like stuff like nuts. I personally have protein yogurts, protein powders as well. You can add berries and all that good stuff too.
It's helpful to find a reliable protein bar brand with low sugar and statistics that could help take a chunk off your much needed protein intake in order to build that muscle
Oh so some good food foods will be turkey most definitely you getting more to turkey oh but creatine take protein shakes obviously and yeah try to do a pork
