Happy Friday. So what does your typical Friday workout look like? I don't know. For me, I feel like since it's like the end of the week, I've kind of worked out most, if not all, my muscle groups. I kind of like doing like a hit total body workout on Friday. It just makes me feel good. Try to burn a lot of calories because I know likely over the weekend I'm gonna have you know some extra carbs, a drink or two, so I try to, you know, make up for it Friday in the morning.
