Hey how do you share what you ate today I'm pretty ashamed of what I ate so far and only I had what did I have all I had Starbucks and a grilled cheese from Starbucks and then I had McDonald's and I'm probably going to have Ramen noodles I'm currently on the struggle bus so don't judge it's not at all my healthiest day
Today I had some steak and I had some turkey and kale meatballs and outside some marinara sauce with that and I had some eggs and avocado so pretty good today
Today, what did I have? I had for lunch I had some leftovers like a rice and chicken bowl and then Then for dinner I caved and got a hamburger with french fries.
Hey, where did you get the hamburger and fries from? Was it like a fast food, fast food place, or was it like a burger joint restaurant that you just like ordered from.
OK I love that I love how we had like a doughnut for breakfast and then we bounce it out with some salmon and veggies during lunch so great job you did way better than I did
Today was like a treat myself kind of day I live in Dallas Texas and we have those breakfast place that is the best if you ever come and visit called yolk and I had this red velvet French toast with eggs turkey bacon and turkey thoughts and it's so freaking good all my God
And then I would love to say that I am a make some thing else for dinner but I literally it was like a large portions like you have it for breakfast and then either us for dinner so yeah
