Quick venting sesh. I have been sick for the last week, also in the midst of moving, kind of finally settling in. I want and I know I need to get back into the gym, but I know I'm gonna like be dead when I get back in the gym. If that makes sense, like you know how like you lose your breath at everything you do type thing? So I know I'm gonna be like super out of shape when I get back, so I'm feeling I'm really unmotivated right now. Just letting you guys know. I'm here for some motivational tips or anything that you guys might wanna drop. Thanks.
Girl I don't know much about the gym but I just say rest up and like literally disconnect and keep yourself grounded so that way you can mentally have the strength to repair your self for the days to come let city
