Honestly, I listen to sad music and get it all out, but as a healthy alternative, I do like to journal and write exactly how I'm feeling and even stuff that I don't feel like I can tell on you.

See, I feel like this is my default and I also feel like this is bad because then it's like I I never want to get out of bed and I lose all motivation so I try not to let myself sink too far into that.
