Okay, so my hamstrings are so tight and my physical therapist was like, you need to do some exercises to loosen these hamstrings. So I'm wondering what are your guys's favorite exercises? I'm doing like stretching, you know, where you like lay down and you cross one leg over the other and you kind of like lean on it and you feel that stretch in your hamstring. So I've been doing that and I've been doing like flamingos but I'm wondering if anyone has any other stretches that they use.
