My question is, what is your favorite way to help anxiety? Would you rather have a bubble bath with candles or would you rather go for a walk? And if neither of these things are the most helpful thing for you, I want to know what is your favorite way to help with your anxiety?
I find that when I'm super anxious, movement is very good for me to be pulled out of my anxiety. going for a walk or playing a sport that helps. bubble baths are super wonderful as well.
If I have time, I will go to the gym. Otherwise, I will try to go outside with my kids, mainly because I don't have a lot of time to get to go out of the house without them. So now that the weather's getting a lot better in my area, we've been going outside.

Yeah, I think it depends on what the end goal is. Like a bath would be nice before bed to get you all relaxed, the walking will make you chipper and happier.

You know you have a good point when you're anxious probably the last thing you want to do is try to find a bunch of candles and like put a whole bunch of work in to have a bubble bath.
As someone who's suffered from severe anxiety for many years, definitely getting outside going for a walk that has proven to have an effect and doing breathing exercises and exercise. Excellent. It's difficult, but it's excellent.
