I think the biggest mistake is when you go into the public gym with multiple people trying to use machines And you do a super set you take up two or three machines at a time Like come on man get a home gym and do all that stuff man come on
Rushing to heavy lift is like the biggest thing and not knowing the form in thinking that like the form is good you know and then also not really asking for help you know to just watch your form I think that's really it
When I've seen a lot of times was when people were like finished using a bench they would get up and just leave a big ass pool of sweat on the damn thing and and not bother to clean it up at all.
judging people like mind your own business but unless if they're doing like something wrong as fuck harming themselves or something like that you go out pointed out but in general if you have nothing to do with them you don't know them to mind your own business.
From somebody who's made this mistake in the beginning of her journey me listen to your body don't overwork or anything of that nature if you can't do it you can't do it you'll get there eventually I promise
