When I think about my highest weight and then the injury that I got at her multiple events in my name and had to have surgery on it um I never want to have to repeat that again so I'm just trying to be healthy

What motivates me to make healthy choices is the way the healthy choices make me feel. So if I eat a decent amount of fruit and I like the way it's made me feel, I I would want to do it again. the same with running, exercise, etc.

What motivates me is just thinking about my future self and how I want to look and feel in my body and my mind and every choice that I make I think about that and how it's going to affect my body and you know not everything is about vanity but at the same time I do you want to look young for like as long as possible and that definitely motivates me to make healthy choices and yeah

I would say the results in my skin ever since I have done a healthier diet I I can see the difference in my skin.

I really just love the way that I look and how I feel whenever I make healthy choices. So like whenever I started eating cleaner, my skin started to clear up, my skin was brighter. I had more energy. I just felt better overall. And even with working out, it was pretty much the same thing. Like I had more energy. I was more light on my feet, my mood improved. I had a more positive attitude. It just makes you more motivated and excited about life overall.

Aside from like looking good and feeling great really it is to have a better. A better menstrual cycle through and through because if you don't have a healthy lifestyle your period is going to fucking suck
