OK so I've been thinking about this what is your biggest struggle with your fitness journey health journey weight loss journey any of those three or all together what is your biggest struggle or biggest obstacle I would have to say mine is always going to be late snacking I did not do that tonight so that was good I am and just cookies I love my homemade cookies And I need to get back to only having one a day and that's it I've been kind of gonna be honest here going to two or three a day and I need to cut it back because I do think that is my biggest obstacle even though I do work out 45 days a week
Do you honest I think I would say like consistency because like I will be doing so good and beyond like a good solid streak and then I will just like fall off and I feel like I just need to like have endurance and leave really just continue to like push through more in life just be more consistent you know and keep up with it
