So I'm on this app looking at everybody's fitness goals a workout exercise routines and stuff and so I'm wondering what is the perfect workout for you like what is the perfect workout that makes you feel like you did a really great job but you still got a really good workout like the perfect workout meaning it was a good day you did all this and that mine is getting a 30 minute cycling class done on my peloton and then you know doing some stretching afterwards doing abs arms core all that for about 20 minutes afterwards and resting a little bit after I don't normally get to do that because I have kids but that would be or that is the perfect workout for me
