How many hours on average every night of sleep do you think that you get so or not how many hours do you get and how many hours do you think that you need so I know that I need at least seven hours of sleep in order to have a fully functioning next day I know some people may think that's high or maybe not I don't know so that's why I'm asking this question but I try to get at least 78 hours of sleep every single night
So usually I get eight hours, like for sure. My body like sleeps, I'm a good sleeper, but I have a baby right now, so I always get about six, but my norm is eight to nine.
For me, I need seven and I'm averaging like seven and a half hours of sleep. I have a sleep app and stuff through my Apple Watch that tracks it so it's kind of cool to be able to have that data. But seven hours is what I need and I'm I'm getting a little bit more than that, which I love.
I need at least seven hours to feel rested and have energy throughout the day. If I don't have my seven hours, I usually get tired in the afternoon or early, early evening.
Are you always in to get at least eight hours and I do quite a good job I normally get 87 the occasional six here and there but more time I get eight hours
