Do you ever feel like you have like, fog brain while being a mom? Like you will go to go do something and then you will just stand there and be like, what did I come over here for? And then you'll just keep standing there in like confusion trying to figure out what you came over for until you decide to go sit back down. And then the moment you sit back down then you'll be like, oh yeah! And then go do it again. Feel like you actually get to the point without like getting distracted and like remember what you were going to go do. No? Just me?

I'm literally the same. Um, sometimes I won't know, so I'll go sit back down and then my toddler will be like, Mama, where's my XYZ? I'm like, oh shoot, that's what I was going to do. Thanks for reminding me.

All the time, literally all day long. I think it's a combination of like lack of sleep, somebody talking or fussing all day. Just a lot at once, but yes, I can 100% really always got them all.

It cut me off, but I was saying I always have the fog brain for sure, the mom brain I like to call it.

I think that's part of every day being a mom. Going into a room and forgetting what you went there for. For real though with mom brain or brain fog, when I started treating my gut that helped.

Most definitely like 100%. I lose my mind like 24-7 and sometimes I really think I have something wrong with me.

This happens to me all the time. I'll go to go do something then forget then come back to sit down to remember Go back to do it and forget and that'll happen like three or four times before I actually actually accomplish what I wanted to get done.
