So as a mama of three, I can find it hard sometimes to just get like everyday tasks done. So I've actually started writing down on a journal, like basically what I want to get done for that day. And like it sounds so like stupid to say, but like crossing that off and like getting it done gives me more benefactor. And then I just continue to want to like keep getting things done and cross them off. So if you struggle with motivation, I definitely suggest putting on some music and maybe trying this method It works great for me in the morning.
