I completely agree do you have the exact same result Zach seems to have changed seems all the feelings well and I knew it was directly from the gym and I knew they had to keep up this part in this gym exercises routine
Agree anymore mentally I think that you're put into that mindset where like even so you like you just stay motivated to an extent where like is in joyful and like you know something that's going to benefit you and it does benefit you physically and mentally and then he gets a point where like going to the gym is not only seen something that it's like you're putting the work but you're putting in that extra effort just for yourself
