Hi how are you so there are some tips that can help would be not to skip breakfast skipping breakfast will not help you lose weight eating regular meals eating plenty of fruit and vegetables putting more of that on your plate getting active moving around more exercising drinking plenty of water eating a high fibre foods Oh Cyrus

Some tips that I would give as well as eating at least four servings of vegetables three servings of fruits replacing refined grains with whole grains using good amounts of healthy fats such as olive oil vegetable oils avocados nuts not oils put back on sugar as much as you can except natural sugar and fruit and the last but not least is choosing low fat dairy products
