I feel like nutrition is always going to be the most important thing even if you don't have a gym Because I mean you can still use your body for workouts in a body weighted work out some stuff or other objects around here or even things that you're doing in your day-to-day thing Yeah nutrition is what fuels you so I feel like it's pretty important
