For me it would have to be the salmon and the mash. With the mash you can always mix it up. You can add some garlic in there one time, add some thyme, some rosemary, a few different things. Add some lumps if you want a different texture.
For sure, mashed potato and grilled salmon. Because I love mashed potato, I'm just too lazy to make it myself. And I like salmon over chicken. Especially if you're eating it for a whole month.
