I'm not a drink collector of alcohol but some people I know do drink alcohol and train but I want to know from everyone do you think alcohol affects your gym those slasher gym buddy, slasher buddy on there.
It most definitely affects your body and your mental health and your like ability to perform in the gym and your results. I feel like I've been drinking a little more alcohol recently and I can tell the difference the next day like if I have one glass of wine I I can feel the difference the next day. It really does have an effect.
