So, do you approach your sessions? When I see sessions, I mean gym sessions or workout sessions with a plan. I do. And I know some people that do, I know some people that go into Germany don't. But yeah, if you do, why? and if you don't, why not?
I don't. I feel like I would need a plan and I would be able to stay in the gym setting instead of working out at home. I get to the gym and I don't know what it is I'm doing. So yeah, I definitely would need a plan.
Yeah, 100% do have a plan before I go to the gym because I don't know if I go without a plan I don't know what I'm going to do. So I'd rather like, no, okay, I want to do legs today or abs or upper body. So I know specific workouts that would work for that and I would do it.
