Yes guys so I would like to know how are you guys split your training days do you do a push pull legs do you isolate muscle groups in train different muscle groups on different days let me know
Right now I'm trying different muscle groups on different days I've been trying to focus more in isolation just because my entire left side is a lot weaker than my right side like I'm in my leg leg arm shoulder like it's just so much weaker son is really trying to build that strength back up and kind of balance it out with my right side
