So guys this isn't actually your question but what is your opinion on the Stairmaster? I want to know what you lot think. I've only ever used it like two or three times and it's an absolute killer. I do like it but I'm not sure I would include it in my routine. But yeah let me let me know what you guys think of the that you like here. Is it part of your cardio day or would you use it to warm up? Let me know.

Do you know it's an amazing bit of equipment and it can obviously produce results but God is too difficult to hack man honestly a minute minute and a half and I'm back on the ground

I just feel like at the gym it's reasonable but like can you just run up a bunch of stairs and it would be the same thing Not if it would explain it to me because it sounds like it will be the same thing

The Stairmaster is hard and I think a lot of people can agree with that. Um, I personally like it. I haven't used it in a while. I've been mainly just like going on walks, but I think it's a good like low impact cardio. Like it's gonna really bring your heart rate up, climbing the stairs like that, but it's really good and it's like good for strengthening the knees and the legs and like it's not as hard on the body as like running is.

I definitely agree with you, it is an absolute killer. I think it's a very great piece of equipment. It definitely gets your heart racing, it uses your muscles, it's definitely an all-rounder. But if you got bad news, it's not for you at all.
