Yes guys another question do you think it's harder to put weight on or to lose weight let me know personally I think it's hard to put weight on But some people may have opposing views to that so let me know what you think

I think it really depends on you and the person's metabolism because everyone's different some people have higher or low But from my own experience, I'd say 100% Losing weight is harder Like I have no way of putting weight It should be really skinny when I was like younger and I've no I just type on weight And yeah, now losing is a bit more of a challenge.

It probably depends on the person, but I found that it is really hard to put on weight. Like, it's one thing to like want to lose some body fat and decrease your calories a little bit. But like having to eat more when your stomach is used to eating like a certain amount of food is pretty challenging.

I think it definitely depends on the person and what their goals are but for me personally I used to be very obese and then I lost a lot of weight too fast and now I finally have a good relationship with food and I'm purposely trying to put weight on like muscle mass and for me it's hard because it's a big mental challenge because I have to remind myself that I'm not just getting like body fat like I'm trying purposely to put muscle on but it's a huge mental challenge for me
