I try not to weigh myself too often but honestly if I feel skinny in the morning I'd like to feel like oh I see what the number says and then humble myself real quick

Are used to have ETA and it's detrimental to my mental health and the history behind it so hence why I want to be myself like every 3 to 6 months just to check in with how I am doing physically

I used to wave myself every day and then it was a really toxic relationship with that so I stopped and now I don't mean myself at all.

I personally don't weigh myself super often, but I try my best kind of like every month or every couple of weeks.

Probably not to weigh myself every day. I used to get really obsessed with it and yeah, wasn't good for my mental health. But now I just do it every few weeks just to make sure that I'm still on track. I haven't had any blowouts.

I typically weigh myself daily sometimes I'll switch it outside once a week and use whatever it shows that one of the smart skills are use that as data to kind of figure out where I'm at with my goals

Honestly, I don't do it enough. I'd rather just come myself in the mirror and take pictures I must have to see the progress.
