you guys what is something that you know you know it's good and healthy and beneficial to you that you just don't do like you just can't bring yourself to do it I'll go first I know bananas are good for me I know orange juice is good for me I hate them I hate them so much I in fact be the very idea of consuming a banana is nauseating so much so that when I make smoothies that require a banana. I just use an avocado so it can keep the smooth consistency that it's supposed to provide, but I hate the taste of banana. You, I can't eat it. So your turn. What is something that you know is good for you? It's healthy, it's beneficial you just you just you just can't bring yourself to do it.

So for me it's pickles and I know that they can kind of help curve your appetite when you put like Stevia or something on it my God just tell me that I can't do it I can't even stand the smell of pickles I just don't I don't like touching them like they just are so gross

because for me, they are good and not so great at the same time. Like, I like them, but after a couple of bites, I get sick of them, or they make me nauseous or they like burn the roof of my mouth. Maybe I'm allergic to them. I don't know. But there is a brand that sells these spicy pickle bites. Those are really good. Probably an acquired taste, but I really like them.

definitely waking up earlier and getting sunlight like I know if I woke up at 6 a.m. every day or even like 5 a.m. I would have so much more time in my day but your girl wants to wake up at noon, get no sun, and be sad and wonder why.

This, this is something I should go with every few months. And really it is not about when you're waking up. It's about when you're going to sleep. So try figuring that out first. It's really not about when you wake up. It's truly about when you go to sleep. And that will help the process of you waking up early. I pinky promise you.

Yeah that makes so much sense because currently I am unemployed so I've been staying up till like one 2 AM just because I can which is probably so unhealthy and that resulted in me sleeping in way too much so probably fix up first

Definitely oatmeal or overnight oats per se. Like I cannot handle the texture. Just even looking at it is gross. Like I like things that are visually appealing to my eyes to make me want to eat it and it just grosses me out. Like I just I can't. Ew.

You cannot pay me to sit there and eat overnight oats. You know what I mean? Like there is a version of it in my culture that we make, but it's like so blended that it's almost like a shake. Instead of it being like this, this, this wet cement in a bowl with a few berries on top. I don't know what else to explain. I cannot stand the, I relate. I

Being on a calorie deficit and just keeping up with the white, how much intake I take every day, how much I should stop at and stuff, just all that stuff I should be doing and I know it's good for me and the selfie but I haven't been bought soon hopefully.

something that is something that I've always found to be interesting is like doing like the counting of calories and I know it's great I have like a few of my aunts who have done them and it's been like an amazing Lifestyle for them. I haven't been able to to stick to that. I haven't been able to prioritize that But that is something I've always thought about. Like I think about it quite frequently.

Personally Olivia, personally I feel like that was a personal attack on me and my family and my unimportant children. I think I hated that entire scenario. I hated the moment you said sliced banana and then to put it in a peanut bar and jelly gave me icks all over my body. I'm so sorry I can't eat any of that. I can't even imagine being near any of that. Am I the problem? I'm probably a problem.

So for me it's vegetables and I do eat them but not nearly as much as I should and it's crazy because I'm always telling my kids make sure you eat your veggies, eat all your veggies Anyone, I might have as in my veggies.

I would say probably my nighttime routine is the one thing that I probably struggle with the most simply because I work from home I homeschool and I do a lot of work in the community and so having like a very very consistent nighttime routine where I whine down and I do those things sometimes where I will have like the most struggled morning and like throughout the day I'm pretty much like I have a pretty good cadence but it's normally that nighttime that I have to get better at
