What kind of days do you guys like taking care of your wellness and overall mental health? For me, I think, oh my god, why did I whisper? For me, I think it really depends on what I have planned for my self-care and health that day. Like today I was supposed to be out and about doing things and it's been pouring and it's made it a lot harder for me to do the things I'd like to do like you know taking a walk um so what days do you guys prefer rainy day snowstorm kind of day a fall I guess what season do you enjoy it best right now it's May showers so it's gonna be pouring a lot and I just have to adjust a little bit.
