All right, y'all, before you go to bed, please help me. Do I go on a trail, like that cute little morning nature walk in the morning with a friend? Or do I go to the gym and do leg day? I ended up going to the gym because it was like raining like not raining raining but you know when it's like that nice little mist and here's the thing like if it was misting on the track that'd be fine but if I'm just around nature I'm just thinking about mosquitoes just eating me up bugs left and right so and I also just got a new install I didn't want to mess with my hair so I went ahead and did like day at the gym. But thank you.
Definitely the trail. Take a break from the gym, do something different, change your scenery, go have fun with your friend, and going on that walk before work will probably help you get through the day. So yeah, trail.
